We understand that sometimes an user cannot accept a platform that is not internally approved. In such a case, Data Integrity Institute Inc. will suggest the minimum platform requirement for a specified ETL task or estimate delivery time and execution time on an acceptable platform. When an agreement is reached, Data Integrity Institute Inc. will implement an Copula ETL solution on the selected platform.
Data Integrity Institute Inc. will maintain the Copula ETL solution according to the specified maintenance contract. Platform related maintenance for a platform that is not delivered by the Data Integrity Institute Inc. is the user's responsibility.
