When the Copula ETL Appliance is run on the provided platform, Data Integrity Institute Inc. guaranties implementation within 3 months, execution within 3 hours, robust operation, low maintenance and competitive pricing.
In some instances however, a user can only accept an IBM platform. Currently, IBM does not allow Data Integrity Institute Inc. to buy and modify an IBM platform. Consequently, we are unable to install additional hardware or software on it and sell it to a third party. IBM insists that it exclusively deliver, configure and maintain an IBM platform on the user’s site. In such a case, Data Integrity Institute Inc. will suggest the minimum platform requirement for a specified ETL task or estimate delivery time and execution time on an available IBM platform. When an agreement is reached, Data Integrity Institute Inc. will implement the Copula ETL solution on the available IBM platform.
Data Integrity Institute Inc. will maintain the Copula ETL solution according to the specified maintenance contract. Platform related maintenance for an IBM platform will be provided by IBM according to the agreement between the user and IBM.
